Overview of Role:

As a Credit Controller you are responsible for recovering unpaid rentals/debts to the business, and ensuring that payments are maintained on all live accounts. To succeed in this position, you much be a good communicator and be able to work under pressure and to targets. You need to be assertive but also tactful in your approach. Knowledge of Direct Debit payments and processes is a requirement; however, training can also be provided to develop this area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer arrears and ensuring these are in line with the company’s expectation and target.
  • Contacting customers when payments are overdue, and has regular contact with customers in arrears by phone, email or fax
  • Processing, BACS, Cheque and Card Payments
  • Setting up new agreements and maintains accurate and up to date customer details and records
  • Downloading and processing of all BACS reports – ADDACS, ARUDD, AUDDIS etc
  • Creating and submitting Direct Debit Collection files
  • Process adjustments and charges to customers account in line with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
  • Uses initiative to achieve targets and to ensure that our debt exposure is kept to a minimum
  • Run Daily/Weekly reports on arrears and suspended agreements
  • Complete & submit file to Insurance Provider (Acquis), load returned file from Insurance Provider
  • Extract, print, post or email monthly and annual invoices to customers and ad hoc invoice requests
  • Maintain Department Diary
  • Deal with reassignments and re-negotiating payment plans for customers in financial difficulty
  • Identifying opportunities for Invoice Financing and pass appropriate leads to relevant departments (Also, identify and pass over opportunities for leads on repeat/future business)

Job Title: Telesales Executive Salary: TBC

Overview of Department:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a telesales executive to join a successful and expanding Telesales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and feeding new business in to all departments of the business and the 1PM group.

These will come from utilising an existing data base of established customers, as well as creating and developing brand new business from mail shots and marketing campaigns.

Working within a thriving Sales Team you will be set productivity and sales targets by the Telesales team leader. Full product training and support will be provided.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting existing database of customers to develop new leads for all departments within the business.
  • Generating brand new business by following up on marketing campaigns and mailshots.
  • Ensuring all KPI’s and targets are met around leads generated, calls made etc.
  • Following up on sales reminders.
  • Updating the data base with full details of leads generated and keeping up to date and accurate records

·         Excellent communication and listening skills, especially on the telephone ·         Telesales/sales/lead generation experience, preferably in a B2B environment

Job Title: Office Administrator Salary:  £13,500 (with experience) or £7,000 if doing an apprenticeship

Overview of Department:

To provide administrative support to the general office and Academy Leasing team. Previous office experience isn’t essential, it would be a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start a Business Administration apprenticeship.

 

Overview of Job (primary objective & main duties):

  1. Ensure stationary and kitchen stock replenished on a weekly basis
  2. Scanning, filing, photocopying as required
  3. Loading of payment collection accounts
  4. Diary management of office and leave calendar
  5. Greeting guest prior to meetings, ensuring location of meetings is suitably prepared and refreshments are offered frequently
  6. Answer incoming calls and transfer to correct team as necessary
  7. Managing incoming and outgoing post
  8. Provide general office admin assistance to the Operations Manager & Office Coordinator
